Recommendation: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the conditional use permit provided the Applicant's modify their site plan for the addition of privacy fencing. The Commission recommended that the privacy fence installed along the east line of the existing fence follow a direct tine from the northeast corner to the southeast corner of the fenced yard, thereby resulting in a minimum 40 foot buffer area between the dog exercise area and the Gihl property. Council Action: Motion to adopt Resolution #98-07 opting Findings of Fact # g to Mark and Doni Heule's request for a conditional use permit for a private dog kennel for a maximum of 8 dogs. Motion to approve the Heute's request to maintain 8 adult dogs at 7262 162nd Lane N.W., based on the findings of fact and contingent upon modifying the site plan in accordance with th.eJ~ly5. recommendations of the Planning Commission, and adopt Resolution #98-07-_~t4ticlaring terms of conditional use permit. -or- Motion to deny the Heule's request to maintain 8 adult dogs at 7262 162nd Lane N.W., based on the findings of fact.
