Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the conditional use permit provided <br />the Applicant's modify their site plan for the addition of privacy fencing. The <br />Commission recommended that the privacy fence installed along the east line of the <br />existing fence follow a direct tine from the northeast corner to the southeast corner of the <br />fenced yard, thereby resulting in a minimum 40 foot buffer area between the dog exercise <br />area and the Gihl property. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #98-07 opting Findings of Fact # g to Mark <br />and Doni Heule's request for a conditional use permit for a private dog kennel for a <br />maximum of 8 dogs. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Heute's request to maintain 8 adult dogs at 7262 162nd Lane <br />N.W., based on the findings of fact and contingent upon modifying the site plan in <br />accordance with th.eJ~ly5. recommendations of the Planning Commission, and adopt <br />Resolution #98-07-_~t4ticlaring terms of conditional use permit. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny the Heule's request to maintain 8 adult dogs at 7262 162nd Lane N.W., <br />based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />Copies To: <br />Community Dev.
