North Fork, Inc., believes it <br />is necessary to create these walkout grades in order to guarantee <br />the construction of homes comparable in value to existing homes in <br />the area. <br /> <br /> The proposed plan calls for the excavation and placement of <br />approximately 1600 yards of material on Lot 8. Proposed site work <br />would commence later this summer in conjunction with the <br />construction of a proposed home to be built on the lot. No <br />material would be exported or imported. The driveway would rise <br />approximately eight feet from street grade over the 175 feet to the <br />house setback.
