ANTENNA OPTION: <br /> <br />Lessor grants Lessee the exclusive and irrevocable option to install one additional <br />antenna within one year of the execution of this Lease Agreement. The Lessor shall <br />provide room at the 300 ft. level for the installation of an antenna similar in type to the <br />one(s) currently in place by Lessee. Lessee may exercise this option by providing <br />written notice to Lessor prior to the end of this option period. With the exercise of this <br />option the Monthly rent shall increase by the amount of $ per month.
