ORDINANCE #98- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> ;. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.85 I. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All drainage and utility easements as dedicated on Lot 2, Block 1, J.P.J.V. Addition, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
