! <br /> Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that earlier this year, Council approved the final plat <br /> for Apple Ridge. Apple Ridge includes Lot 2, Block 1, of J.P.J.V. Addition. This <br /> previously platted parcel contained the standard drainage and utility easements around the <br /> perimeter of the lot. Now the property has been re-platted as a portion of Apple Ridge <br /> with new drainage and utility easements dedicated around the perimeter of all new lot <br /> lines. She noted that Mr. Bill Pritchard representing U..S. Homes Corporation is present. <br /> <br /> Citizen Input <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen and Zimmerman. <br /> Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Haas Steffen. <br /> <br /> The public heating closed at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:37 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, Ms. Frolik responded that these are standard utility easements around the <br />perimeter of the lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to introduce an <br />ordinance to vacate ali drainage and utility easements on Lot 2, Block 1, J.P.J.V. <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman and Beahen. <br />Voting No: None.
