I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION//98-08- A RESOLUTION REALLOCATING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS WHEREAS, on April 22, I997, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #97-04-079 reallocating CDBG funds for the purpose of engaging a consultant to perform a senior housing needs assessment for the City; and WHEREAS, on May 13, 1997, the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority approved the reallocation of CDBG funds as requested to Project #688, Senior Housing Needs Assessment; and WHEREAS, the senior housing needs assessment was completed by Community Partners Research, Inc. for a total cost of $5,795.00, resulting in an unspent fund balance of $1,205.00. WHEREAS, on January 27, 1998, based on the results of the senior housing needs assessment, the City Council of the City of Ramsey allocated CDBG funds for site acquisition for a senior housing facility, a project that has been approved by the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority as Project #890. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City of Ramsey hereby applies to Anoka County for the reallocation of unspent CDBG funds in the amount of $1,205.00 from Project #688 (Senior Housing Needs Assessment) to Project #890 (Ramsey Senior Housing). That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Anoka County CDBG Administrator. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
