CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT DONALD NORDVIK On August 25, 1998, revised Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Donald and Solveig Nordvik ("Permit-tee"), husband and wife, to construct a 4,800 square foot accessory building ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 2, HY-10 Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. the (" Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect in accordance with the State Building Code. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on Ramsey Site Plan #2-A, Drawing Number D 1077, Revision Date 7/28/98. J SITE PREPARATION. Any site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Extension of existing bituminous to service the Structure; Installation of B-612 concrete curbing around the perirheter of all new bituminous; Landscaping per the approved Site Plan. o FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chef. 4 LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure or in any yard is subject to prior approval by the City Engineer. BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct the Structure of a combination of metal panels and face brick, color matched to the principal building, in accordance with the building elevations Drawing Number D 1099.
