also a strip of land 66 feet in width 33 feet on each side of the following described centerlines: Commencing at a point on the West Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 333.01 feet north from the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; then east and parallel with the South Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 300.01 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point A; then continuing east on said parallel line a distance of 711.02 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point B; then easterly in a straight line to a point on the East Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 277.15 feet north from the southeast comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and there terminating. Commencing at Point A heretofore mentioned; then north and parallel with the West Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to its intersection with the North Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and there terminating. Commencing at Point B heretofore mentioned; then north and parallel with the West Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 496.01 feet; then northerly in a straight line to a point on the North Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 1100 feet east from the northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and there terminating. ("Subject Property"). This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this Permit are as follows: 1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. 2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of eight (8) adult dogs on the Subject Property and adult is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. 3. Any outdoor kennel structure or doghouses constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 75 feet from common property lines with adjacent parcels. Upon confirmation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the dogs, the City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog Regulations), subd. 18 (Dogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey City Code, attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Applicant shall install privacy fencing as shown on the Site Plan dated 6/1/98, Revision Date July __., 1998 to create a buffer area between the Subject Property and the adjacent parcel to the east (PIN 16-32-25-14-0004). The outdoor exercise area as depicted on the site plan shall be maintained in a sanitary condition according to State and local humane standards.
