The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 4. One resident <br />expressed concern regarding the potential for excessive barking during the evening hours. <br />The applicant stated that the dogs are kept indoors overnight and the Planning <br />Commission amended the proposed conditional use permit to establish that the dogs <br />cannot be left outside unattended between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval of the request.
