Zoning Administrator Frolik stated the City Council directed <br /> staffto research when kennel permits should and should not be required. <br /> <br /> Case #2: Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Personal Communication System <br /> Antenna on the City Water Tower; Case of~PageMart Wireless, Inc. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer inquired since there are more items to be installed on the water tower than <br />originally planned, if the City would be charging a larger fee to PageMart Wireless, Inc. City <br />Engineer Jankowski stated the fee is not based on the amount of hardware attached to the tower, <br />but the liability incurred when another entity comes onto the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Iensen inquired if there would be any identifying features on the dish attached to <br />the water tower. Mr. Tom Berent, PageMart Representative, stated the dish would be mounted <br />to the rail near the top of the water tower and would not have any lettering. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to a request from PageMart for a conditional use permit <br /> <br />Planning Commission/August 4, 1998 <br /> Page 5 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
