Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />It has come to our attention that all department heads but one who have been hired since at least <br />1990 have received as part of their initial compensation package, a~.. ual accrual of three weeks <br />of vacation. The exception is the Administrative Services Manager who was hired December 18, <br />1995.
