Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is currently in need of several computer hardware and software <br />upgrades for a variety of reasons. A memorandum discussing the major needs, <br />subdivided into four major categories, is attached to the Council agenda. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the discussion in the attached memorandum, staff would recommend the <br />following Council actions: <br /> <br />Authorize entering into a joint and cooperative agreement with the Local <br />Government Information Systems (LOGIS). <br /> <br />Authorize the purchase of the financial control and payroll/human resources <br />so/tware from the LOGIS consortium.
