EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will meet in the Ramsey <br />City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard, NW, Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />October 8, 1998 to conduct a public heating on the modification of the Development Program for <br />Development District No. 1 (the "Project") and the Tax Increment Financing ("TIF") Plans for <br />existing TIF District Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6. <br /> <br /> The boundaries of the Project and each TIF District are shown in the map below. The <br />purpose of the proposed action is to authorize additional expenditures financed by tax increments <br />from the identified T~F Districts.
