The site location map and proposed <br />ordinance are enclosed for your information. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statute, Staff notified property owners within 350 feet of the subject <br />property of the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on August 4. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the ordinance at this time. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #98- [~to rezone a portion of the Laws estate from B-I Business to <br />Multiple Residential for a senior housing facility. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 09/08/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
