I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #98- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY~ MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to Multiple Residential: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, !ying southwesterly of the southwesterly fight-of- way line of County State Highway No. 5 and lying easterly of the easterly fight-of-way line of Dysprosium Street and lying westerly of the westerly fight-of-way line of Trunk ' Highway No. 47, subject to easements of record. .~ECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. ~FFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
