AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to Multiple Residential: <br /> <br /> That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, !ying southwesterly of the southwesterly fight-of- <br /> way line of County State Highway No. 5 and lying easterly of the easterly fight-of-way <br /> line of Dysprosium Street and lying westerly of the westerly fight-of-way line of Trunk <br /> ' Highway No. 47, subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />.~ECTION 2.
