Proposed joint project with the Ramsey Lions, youth athletic association, and other group(s). <br />Elmcrest Park will need a multi -use building, which includes certain site improvements such as water service, septic, landscape and irrigation with <br />storage for the athletic groups using the facility. Sewer service will be extended when sewer lines are available. <br />The project is estimated at $500,000. $250,00 is intended to represent the city's share of a proposed joint project with a philanthropic group. <br />Careful design consideration will be required to ensure that the building will meet all of the community needs.
