Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Anderson, Wivoda, Jensen, <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Anderson, seconded by Board Member Jensen, to adopt Findings of <br />Fact #15 - 21 in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Board Member Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Anderson, seconded by Board Member Jensen, to approve the request <br />for a variance from Lawrence and Sherrie Thole to enlarge a non-conforming accessory structure <br />located nearer the front property line than the principal structure known as 17440 Gibbon Street <br />NW, and adopt Resolution #98-10-242 declaring terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
