Alternative Comparison <br /> <br />Annual equivalent costs for each alternative will be developed, including, annual <br />equivalent costs for capital improvements, and projected operation and maintenance <br />costs. <br /> <br />D. Recommendations <br /> <br />Based on the alternative comparison, recommendations will be made, with approximate <br />implementation schedule and cost. <br /> <br />We will bill for our services at our standard hourly rate with a not-to-exceed amount per the attached fee <br />schedule. Based on the scope of work tasks outlined in this proposal, the cost for the preparation of the <br />water study is $18,000. We would submit a draft report to the City within 90 days after we receive the <br />notice to proceed.
