One issue for future consideration is how to
administer to the pad-time employees.

PW Expansion Update
Project is basically done. When time permits the floor will be completed and table and chairs
purchased for the new lunch room. The upper office area has had carpet installed. (the decision to
use carpet was made to attempt to keep the noise from upper level to a minimum. Phone system
has been updated to include a cordless phone whose reception carries to the metal building on
site.

Metal Building Improvements Update
Electrical work has been completed, new inside lights work great, Garage doors now operate by
remote control. Electricians also repaired the heater in the metal building bay which gives the
availability of another heated bay for winter activities.

Next will come a major cleanup of the metal building. Decisions on which equipment will be stored
during which season in which building. Both inside and outside need a good old fashion cleaning
and throwing out.

Minor Vehicle Maintenance Costs
Beginning Jan of 1999 PW will be doing some of the minor maintenance to vehicles. (oil changes,
brake work, etc.) Brian Ihnot has expressed interest in the duties of coordinating these efforts.
Cost of this undertaking will be minimal. Direct labor to complete the tasks will be partially to fully
recovered by increased efficiency in vehicle maintenance scheduling and shuttling vehicles.

Safety Concerns
Mark will order chocks for the loading dock.

Ford motor company will be called to question if the new vehicles equipped with air bags are a
good match for vehicles used for plowing in the winter months.

Line of site for plowing trucks was discussed and when time permits trimming will be done to
assure best site for divers.

Climbing belts have been neglected for some' time.
