The key will be returned to the Police Department immediately after user finishes with room. The south entry only will be used for admission. The police Department will make a security check upon return of key from user or when user signs out. Pancake br~ak£asts will not be scheduled two weeks ia a row. DO "NOT" give out information who is using rooms. All fees must be paid "in advance" to confirm reservations to eliminate the need for billing. Damage deposits will be returned upon request the day foi- l. owing use upon completion of inspection of premises and equipment.
