Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #98-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY LAYOUT FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #98-14 (T,H. #47 STP PROJECT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a <br />preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway #47 within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Ramsey, from 142nd Avenue NW to 153rd Avenue NW (Improvement <br />Project #98-14), and seeks the approval thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of <br />Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as Federal Project <br />SP 199-010-03 and State Project SP 0206-50. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That said preliminary layouts for the improvement of Trunk Highway ~47 within the <br /> corporate limits (Improvement Project #98-14) are hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />ihis the 10th day of November, 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
