The Planning Commission reviewed the above report on November 2. Commissioner LaDue <br />also mentioned that he has personally viewed two other commercial developments that have used <br />vining on chain link fence and the fences have been negatively impacted structurally. <br /> <br />After an agreement has been reached on all aspects of the landscaping at the Diamonds, Mr. <br />Gruber will provide the City with an up-to-date landscape plan for the record. The following <br />items are enclosed: <br /> <br />site location map <br />Current landscape plan (2 sheets) <br />Draft Planning Commission minutes dated November 2, 1998 (will be available at <br />the meeting) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the request to eliminate the vining <br />requirement on the south and west fencelines of the Diamonds Sports Bar and Grill. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/deny the modification to the landscape plan for the Diamonds Sports Bar & <br />Grill to eliminate the requirement for establishing vining on the west and south fence lines. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community Development Dkector <br /> <br />CC: 11/10/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
