I am <br />proposing a 24 x 40 (960 SQ. FT.) garage in the southwest comer of my lot, Many large trees that would <br />hide the majority of the garage surround this area. I have a large boat, snowmobiles, ATV's, and a jet ski <br />that I would like to store inside. This would protect these items from the elements, their, and vandalism. <br /> I have chosen one large garage over adding on to my attached and building the 624 SQ. FT., <br />bemuse if I were to add on to my existing garage the addition would block the access to the detached <br />garage in the rear of the lot. <br /> <br />Thank you, -' <br /> <br /> <br />
