The primary function of <br />the ~ Public Safety Board is to review administrative and/or operational matters <br />relative to ~ public safety, and to advise the City Council of policy matters <br />relevant to ~ public safety, functions in Ramsey. The duties of the ~ <br />Public Safety Board shall be to: <br /> <br />a.
