Stat. C~apter 117; and I N~H~A~, the City has the right to acquire the real property prior to the filing of an award by the Court appointed commis- sioners, p~rsuant to Minn. Stats. §117.011 and §117.042; and ~R~A~, the real property which needs to be acquired is legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the south- westerly line of Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 8, according to the recorded plat thereof. The parcel which is impacted by the taking identified above have the following AnoVa County PIN: Part of PIN: 27-32-25-13-0001 WilE~, the fee owner of the real property which need~ to be acquired is identified as WAST~ MANAGEMZNT OF MINNESOTA, INC. NOW TH~FORE, BE IT ~BOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~U%MBEY, ANOF~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the city Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the real property as described above in accordance with Minnesota Statutes. The City Administrator is authorized to negotiate and r~present the City of Ramsey in all proceedings. [~04
