Ramsey MN 55303 Dear Linda: At the request of Tom Gamec, I am hereby submitting this letter to the City for purposes of considering me for appointment as a member of the City's Planning Commission. Although I believe members of the curr%nn_t City Council are familiar with my personal and professional experience, the following is ~summary of my past business and professional experience to facilitate the City Council's determination as to whether [ am qualified to serve in such capacity. t am currently an attorney with the law firm of Moss & Barnett, a Professional Association of approximately 60 attorneys located in downtown Minneapolis. In my five plus years as a practicing attorney, I have developed an expertise focusing in the areas of corporate, cormnercial law, including business taxation which is where substantially ail of my time is devoted. Prior to entering into the practice of law, I practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur, Andersen & Co., and with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. [ am currently a resident of the City of Ramsey, residing at 6010 Radium Circle, N.W. My interest in the City's planning process fn:st originated in conjunction with my review of the Comprehensive Planning Process last by the City, as the same related to the City's review and approval of the Apple Ridge Development which is located on property adjacent to that which I own, ! i I I I I I I I I !
