COMPARISON OF CITY CONTRIBUTIONS <br />TO FAMILY HEALTH CARE COVERAGE <br />1990- 1998 <br /> <br />An alternative employer contribution plan suggested by one of the union representatives is for <br />the City to pay a percentage of family health care premiums, such as 80%, In cities that use that <br />plan, the employer contribution to single coverage is generally limited to 100%.
