Staff is suggesting <br />there is a need for a second meeting and is recommending it be held at 7:00 p.m., on <br />Tuesday, December 15, 1998. <br /> <br />Staff is also requesting that Council designate ~ Councilmember to come in to City Hall <br />on the afternoon or evening of December 29, 1998, to review the bills so they can be paid <br />prior to year end.
