I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #98-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION #97-12-338A DATED DECEMBER 9, <br />1997, AWARDING CONTRACT FOR BANKING SERVICES TO LANDMARK <br />COMMUNITY BANIC, N.A. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1998. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 9, 1997 Council passed Resolution #97-12-338A awarding <br />banking services to Landmark Community Bank, NA for services to begin January 1, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 10, 1998 Council passed Resolution #98-11-274 awarding <br />the City's banking services to Northland Bank effective January 1, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #98-11-274 officially rescinds Resolution #97-12-338A <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby Rescinds Resolution #97-I2-338A and to be <br />officially replaced by Resolution #98-11-274 passed on November 10, 1998. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24th day of November 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
