When an amount is decided upon, rates for SAC <br />will be adjusted accordingly. <br /> <br />The above rate increases take into effect staffrecommendations, rates charged by neighboring <br />cities, annual increases based on inflators, recommended as part of another budget to support <br />services. It should be noted that several of the proposed charges have not been increased since <br />1992 and possibly earlier in some circumstances. <br /> <br />It should also be noted that the rate changes for the Sewer, Water, Streetlighting and Recycling <br />Funds are included in the 1999 numbers and the budgets that will be presented on December 15, <br />1998, rely on those proposed rate increases. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Amend as appropriate and either approve or provide direction to staff. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #98-12-XXX Adopting the 1999 Schedule of Rates, Fees and <br />Charges. <br /> <br /> <br />
