CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 06/14/2011 <br />By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />5. 12. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #11 -06 -XXX Supporting the Concept of Cooperation and Collaboration to Promoting Greater <br />Efficiency in the Use of Public Resources <br />Background: <br />The Anoka County Board of Commissioners, at their May 24, 2011 meeting, adopted a resolution supporting the <br />cooperation and collaboration of local governments in Anoka County and promoting the greater efficiency in the <br />use of public resources. City staff has been contacted by David Minke, Anoka County, requesting our Council <br />consider support of this cooperation and collaboration by adopting a like resolution. Mr. Minke sent a draft <br />resolution, which is attached to this Consent case for Council consideration. This resolution may be modified prior <br />to adoption if Council chooses.
