CC Regular Session 5. 7. <br />Meeting Date: 06/14/2011 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Title: <br />Consider Registered Land Survey Related to Bunker Lake Boulevard Project <br />Background: <br />The City has received a request for an Administrative Subdivision to realign property boundaries related to a <br />realignment of Magnesium Street. Magnesium Street is being realigned as part of the Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />project. Requests such as this are normally handled as part of regular staff duties, however, due to the fact a portion <br />of the Subject Property is registered (torrens), a Registered Land Survey is required.
