Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />The request for final plat approval of Rademacher Addition was <br />tabled. Going to Council 1/13/98. <br /> <br />Council introduced the ordinance to vacate all drainage and utility <br />easements within the boundaries of the plat of Ramsey Commercial <br />Park. Place on subsequent agenda for formal adoption. To City <br />Council 1/13/98. <br /> <br />During the discussion of the site plan for Tower Systems, Inc., Bill <br />asked if there would be a little hut for each company. Council <br />approved the proposed site plan for Tower Systems, Inc. for an <br />equipment building for the Nextel Corporation at 14622 Ferret St. <br />NW and they would like an answer to the multiple hut question at <br />the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
