Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends denial of the request for a conditional use permit for a 2 family rental unit <br />with an absemee landowner. If the Commission is inclined to recommend denial to the City <br />Council, then a negative findings should be recommended for adoption. If the Commission is <br />inclined to recommend approval of the permit request, then a positive findings should be <br />recommended for adoption.
