To City <br />Council 1/13/98. <br /> <br />During the discussion of the site plan for Tower Systems, Inc., Bill <br />asked if there would be a little hut for each company. Council <br />approved the proposed site plan for Tower Systems, Inc. for an <br />equipment building for the Nextel Corporation at 14622 Ferret St. <br />NW and they would like an answer to the multiple hut question at <br />the next meeting. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Northfork Oaks 3rd Addition <br />and also granted an extension to the approved preliminary plat of <br />Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council adopted Ordinance #97-17 to vacate a portion of the <br />drainage and utility easement on Lot 45, Block 6, River's Bend. Jo <br />will publish such ordinance - however - it will be effective and <br />published one week later due to the Thanksgiving holiday deadlines <br />for the Union.
