Green space area will be <br />maintained initially at 33.7%. This percentage may be reduced in ~he future to a minimum coverage of <br />25.3% as indicated above dependent on future parking needs. The intent is to initially maintain as much <br />green space as possible and reduce it if/when parking demands dictate. <br /> <br />Waste Storage: <br /> <br />Waste containers will be stored inside the building. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking and Driveways - Design: <br /> <br />All parking and drive areas will be bituminous surfaced and surrounded with a finished B612 design <br />concrete curbing.
