CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />7TH ADDITION; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is in the process of platting two more lots in the Business Park 95 industrial <br />park. The area to be platted is generally north of the eastern terminus of McKinley Street. The <br />following items are enclosed for your review: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed sketch plan <br />c) City Staffreview letter dated February 26, 1998 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Both of the lots will receive public access'from the northerly extension of Radium Street off of <br />McKinley Street NW. All five of the lots greatly exceed the one-acre minimum area <br />requirement. All of the lots will meet the minimum 200 foot road frontage requirement. A <br />grading and drainage plan will be provided as site plans for the individual lots are received.
