Assignability of CUP: In the event of transfer, this CUP shall apply to Timothy and <br />Nancy Holm's successors and assigns, and Timothy and Nancy Holm shall provide the <br />City with written notice of same within 30 days of the official date of transferring <br />ownership. <br /> <br />14) <br /> <br />On-Site Inspection: The City reserves the right to inspect the site for the purposes of <br />conduction inspections and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the construction <br />and operational effect of the facility. Inspections shall be conducted during normal <br />business hours except in the event of an emergency. City personnel or agents performing <br />the inspection shall provide reasonable notice to the permittee personnel prior to the time <br />of the inspection. <br /> <br />15) <br /> <br />Administration of Permit: All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing <br />this permit shall be the responsibility of the permittee. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council, <br />this the 13th day of May, 1997. <br /> <br />Timothy E. and Nancy Holm hereby acknowledge receipt of this permit and that they have <br />reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of <br />this permit. <br /> <br />By: By:. <br /> <br />Timothy E.
