ORDINANCE #98-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE "ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.21.07 "CRITICAL RIVER OVERLAY <br />DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />Section 9.21.07 (Critical River Overlay District Development Standards) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Zoning Provisions. <br /> <br />a.
