The purpose of the Conditional Use Permit was to obtain <br />approval to build a new barn and indoor arena, as well as storage buildings. <br /> <br />As you know, on August 21, 1997, we had a fire in our house. The entire contents and all of <br />t, ur belongings were a total loss. We have been told that the structure of the house was so badly <br />damaged that it will have to be demolished. <br /> <br />Because of the length of time it has taken us to resolve our insurance claim, and because we will <br />have to change our plans and focus on a house prior to the new barn, we are requesting an <br />extension of our Conditional Use Permit for 12 months. <br /> <br />Your consideration in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
