That the initial structure shall be sited on the Subject Property in accordance with the site <br />plan dated received by the City on April 15, t 997 and the second accessory structure shall be <br />developed on the property by October, 2002 and in accordance with the approved site plan. <br /> <br />6. That the Permit Holders shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. ; <br /> <br />7. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of May, 1997. <br /> <br />David L.
