Council asked that you review Code to see <br />if this is a permitted use. They <br />decided that it would be premature to change anything at this <br />point since the DNR is in the process of reviewing the <br />setbacks. They asked that Mr. Hoisington be made aware of <br />this issue and also that you should report back after the <br />MNRAA meeting. <br /> <br />Frolik/ <br />Pending <br /> <br />4/7/98 <br /> <br />With reference to the March 12 minutes regarding the site plan <br />proposal for Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., Commissioner <br />Deemer requested staff ensure that the lighting plan meets the City <br />ordinance for both the recreational area and the building. <br /> <br />Frolik/ <br />Pending <br /> <br />4/7/98 <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested the City purchase reusable 4'x8' <br />signs for posing property that is in the land use application <br />process; the City could evoke the policy and require the developer <br />to erect the sign or pay a fee for Public Works to position the sign. <br /> <br /> <br />
