Director of Public Workshops <br />requested having input on the design of the gate. Execute <br />Development Agreement but amend it by adding that the <br />Developer shall deposit with the City, a non-refundable sum <br />of $1,500 to defray the City's expense of installing a gate at <br />the intersection of 158th Avenue and Potassium Street NW in <br />the Apple Ridge 5th Subdivision. <br /> <br />.51 <br /> <br /> <br />
