7. That Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code also states that the maximum single accessory <br /> structure size allowed on parcels greater than 1 acre in size is 800 square feet. <br /> <br />That the Applicants are proposing to construct a single accessory structure that is 1,200 <br />square feet in size, which is a 400 square foot overage in the maximum single accessory <br />structure size limits. ~ <br /> <br />9. That the Applicants have stated that the overage in accessory structure space would provide <br /> the necessary garage space to store their recreational equipment and vehicles indoors. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the City has previously approved requests to exceed the total accessory structure space <br />restrictions on a parcel, and in doing so, also approved overages in the single accessory <br />structure size restrictions. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use Mil/w/Il not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will/w/Il not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use w/Il/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use w/II/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use Mll/w/ll not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br /> as highways and streets. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it w/Il/w/Il not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the community. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/w/Il not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the follow/ng voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
