Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDING OF FACT # . RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM MARK AND DONI HEULE FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A <br />PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN TWO ADULTS DOGS ON A <br /> <br />PARCEL OF PROPERTY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Mark and Doni Heule for <br />a conditional use permit to maintain more than two adult dogs on the property generally known <br />as 7262 162nd Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northeast <br />comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; then north 89 degrees 15 <br />minutes 46 seconds west along the North Line thereof a dis~nee of 270.00 feet; then <br />south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west a distance of 233.0 feet; then north 89 <br />degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds west a distance of 523.00 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the tract of land to be described; then return south 89 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds east <br />along the last described course a distance of 240.00 feet; then south 0 degrees 29 minutes <br />11 seconds west a distance of 483.00 feet; then north 89 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds <br />west a distance of 40.0 feet; then south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west a distance <br />of 270.18 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 333.0 feet north of the South Line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; then north 89 degrees 16 minutes 27 seconds <br />west along said parallel line a distance of 200.00 feet to its intersection with a line <br />bearing south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west from the point of beginning; then <br />north 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds east a distance of 752.35 feet to the point of <br />beginning (subject to and together with the right to ingress and egress over the following <br />described easement): The north 33 feet of the east 270.0 feet of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter of said Section 16. A strip of land 66 feet in width lying 33 feet on <br />each side of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast comer of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section I6; then north 89 degrees 15 <br />minutes 46 seconds west a distance of.270.0 feet to the point of beginning of the line to <br />be described; then south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west a distance of 987.53 feet <br />to a point on a line drawn parallel with and 333.0 feet north of the South Line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and there terminating.
