A landscape design is provided in the project drawings <br />to detail how the associated equipment will be scre. ened. <br /> <br />ZONING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The property is located at 942I Hwy 10 NW and is zoned Commercial (B 1). The <br />placement of the antenna support system will be unobtrusive and have minimal impact on <br />neighboring properties and will allow for the development of personal wireless service to <br />serve the area of Ramsey and the surrounding communities. This site meets the necessary <br />setbacks from the property lines. This site is also over a mile from the nearest antenna <br />support systems. <br /> <br />The establishment, maintenance or operation of this site will promote and enhance the <br />general public welfare and will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, <br />or comfort. PCS transmissions operate at very low power levels. <br /> <br />Special arrangements need not be made to accommodate access to the site. The proposed <br />use will cause no traffic congestion or interference with traffic on the surrounding public <br />streets. Site visits will be rare and once the system has been installed. Parking will not <br />be an issue because site visits will be infrequent and of limited duration.
