11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 120 foot monopole pcs tower with a 3' x <br />12' x 6' equipment rack at the base of the tower, all of which will be encompassed by an <br />eight foot high chain link fence. <br /> <br />That the Site is bounded on the east by existing oak trees and the Applicant is proposing <br />to plant seven (7) black hills spruce trees around the south and west boundaries of the <br />Site. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has submitted support documents to the application consisting of a <br />written description of the proposed use'; a five (5) sheet set of project drawings including <br />title sheet, vicinity map, site plan, enlarged site plan and elevation; a coverage and <br />ca,.,acity letter; a rendering of the antenna support system and equipment; a legal <br />description of the Subject Property; and a signed removal agreement. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the tower will not cause any interference to any other <br />broadcast systems. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that there will be no personnel stationed at the site. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the existing access to the Subject Property is adequate <br />and no parking will be required because site visits will be infrequent and of limited <br />duration. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that it has searched for an existing structure and has found <br />that there are no existing structures in the vicinity to accomplish their coverage <br />objectives. <br /> <br />That the Applicant's submittal does not clearly identify that the structure will be designed <br />to accommodate two additional users. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not substantially impair the use or market value of <br />surrounding properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by essential public facilities and <br />services. <br /> <br /> <br />
