Mr. Sylvia Frolik
Page 2

The proposed plan calls for the ~xcavation and placement of up
to 2200 yards of material on Lot 7. Virtually no excavation and
placement would occur if a future buyer opted for a home with day-
light windows instead of a full walk-out. No excavation and
placement would occur on this lot until a buyer is obtained and the
buyer's preferences determined. The rear of the lot would be
uniformally lowered to obtain the necessary material. Again no
material would be exported or imported; the driveway would rise
approximately seven feet from street grade over the 175 feet to the
house setback; and drainage would follow current patterns with one
foot of fall behind the home over the first 25 feet and an
additional one foot over the next 75 feet to 100 feet.

We look forward to discussing these matters with the Planning
Commission at its meeting on July 7th and if you have any questions
or need any additional information please let us know.

Sincerely, ~

Director of Development

DFP/sn
Encl.
