9. That the grading operation will/will not increase the traffic to and from the subject <br /> property for the period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the proposed use wilt/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />t2.
