The proposed <br />fixtures include HPS security lighting on photo cells, HPS Coach Lites, 250 watt HPS box lite <br />wall packs, and 400 watt box lites on 20 foot poles for the parking lot, Fixture diagrams must <br />also be submitted to verify compliance with City Code standards. <br /> <br />AEC Energy Park Covenants: The site pla~ is subject to the AEC Energy Park Covenants. <br />The Developer is responsible for making arrangements for a review of the plan by the Anoka <br />Electric Energy Park Architectural Review Board. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, <br />August 4, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. Staff suggests that you, or your representative, be present at this <br />meeting to answer any questions that may arise. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the <br />case cover sheet for the Planning Commission meeting.
